Traditional MRI machines require significant installation time, which can be challenging for busy healthcare centers that need fast results. However, with mobile MRI rental units readily available, medical professionals can now conduct precise diagnostics within minutes, leading to more efficient patient care.
Platinum Mobile Imaging delivers top-notch services backed by cutting-edge technology. As a trusted industry leader, we don’t just meet expectations; we exceed them. With thorough site evaluations and expert project management collaboration, we’re here to make every step effortless for you.
Mobile MRI Services
Mobile MRI rentals are revolutionizing healthcare by providing high-quality imaging on the go. These portable units eliminate the need for on-site scanners, offering flexibility and affordability. Ideal for rural areas and emergencies, they bring advanced diagnostics where they're needed most.
Mobile MRI services also offer accessibility, setting them apart from traditional fixed scanners. These portable units can be quickly deployed to remote areas with limited medical access. Fully self-contained and independent of infrastructure, they’re ideal for temporary medical camps or mobile clinics, providing advanced diagnostics directly to underserved populations.
Rental Options
Our mobile MRI rentals include advanced imaging technology like PET/CT, CT scanners, and MRI systems. They also feature remote monitoring, which is standard for all our units.
We can also train your staff on the equipment to ensure they are knowledgeable and comfortable operating the unit, minimizing any potential downtime or issues with the units.
Technology
One of the key technologies utilized in our mobile MRI rentals is magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Our Mobile MRI trailers are equipped with advanced magnets that provide superior image quality, making it easier for medical professionals to detect and diagnose various conditions.
In addition to MRI technology, our Mobile PET-CT trailers combine positron emission tomography (PET) and computed tomography (CT) scans. This integration allows for a more comprehensive diagnostic approach by combining information about both the structure and function of organs and tissues.
Professional Support
At Platinum Mobile Imaging, our team quickly resolves any technical challenges during mobile MRI procedures, ensuring seamless service every time.
Along with technical support, our team offers expert guidance and tailored advice. Our experienced project managers will work closely with you to ensure that all aspects of your mobile MRI service are aligned with your specific requirements.
Education
Mobile MRI education refers to on-site staff training programs that bring the necessary resources and expertise directly to healthcare facilities. One of the most significant advantages of mobile MRI education is its continuing education opportunities. Mobile education programs offer a convenient way for them to do so without having to take time off work or travel to external training facilities.
These programs offer workshops on advanced MRI technologies, giving staff hands-on experience with new equipment and integrating it into daily workflows. Mobile MRI education ensures healthcare facilities have skilled professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
Site Requirements
Setting up a mobile MRI unit requires careful planning and consideration of various site requirements:
Power and Connectivity Needs
One of the first steps in setting up a mobile MRI unit is ensuring that the site has adequate power and connectivity. MRI scanners require a significant amount of electricity, usually ranging from 50 to 100 kilowatts (kW), depending on the model and manufacturer. This power can be supplied through a standard three-phase electrical outlet or generator with appropriate voltage and amperage ratings.
Space and Positioning Considerations
Another critical factor in setting up a mobile MRI unit is space and positioning. The site must have enough room to accommodate the trailer or truck carrying the unit, as well as allow for adequate clearance during set up. Most mobile MRI units require a minimum of 55 feet in length and 16 feet in width for maneuvering and positioning.
Concrete Pad Requirements
Unlike fixed MRI facilities, which are typically built on sturdy foundations, mobile MRI units require a level concrete pad for stability during operation. The pad should be designed to support the weight of the trailer or truck, which can range from 70,000 to 100,000 pounds, depending on the unit's size and features.
Site Assessments and Preparation
Before setting up a mobile MRI unit, it is crucial to conduct thorough site assessments and preparations. This process involves evaluating the site's accessibility, space, positioning, environmental factors, and concrete pad requirements.
Elite Service
Platinum Mobile Imaging provides round-the-clock technical support and assistance to ensure that the mobile MRI units are operating at their full potential. The team of experts also includes support nationwide that is designed to provide prompt and efficient technical support for any issues or concerns that may arise during the operation.
