Mark Bringolf


As co-founder of Platinum Mobile Imaging, Mark brings over 39 years in the diagnostic medical imaging and healthcare industry. He has had roles in service, operations, finance, and executive leadership in both public and private organizations. Most recently, he held the role of Director Of Operations for Oxford Instrument Healthcare, a division of Oxford Instruments, plc.  Mark oversaw the operations of the mobile imaging fleet of more than 50 systems.

With a BSEET, Mark began his career at General Electric Medical Systems as a CT field service engineer. In the early ’90s, Mark founded CT Solutions a service, sales, and mobile rental company offering affordable alternatives to the healthcare industry. That business was acquired by ADAC Laboratories, a Division of Philips Healthcare.

In 2001, Mark founded Eclipse Medical Imaging, focusing on providing interim mobile CT’s, service, parts, and equipment sales.  Mark later merged Eclipse with Platinum Medical Parts, an MRI-specialty company, which became Platinum Medical Imaging, and sold to Oxford Instruments in 2011.  Mark continued on with Oxford as Director of Operations for another 6 years before co-founding Platinum Mobile Imaging, Inc.

Jeffrey Fall


Jeffrey Fall has spent his entire career in healthcare, which began in 1984 at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Jeff went on to participate in the start-up of Michigan’s first mobile CT company, TechShare, Inc. He co-founded Platinum Medical Parts, merging it with Eclipse Medical Imaging to form Platinum Medical Imaging in 2009. Jeff also recently served as President of Oxford Instrument Healthcare, a division of Oxford Instruments, plc.

Jeff has always been passionate about quality and patient service. Both leading the Platinum Medical Imaging initiative toward achieving and maintaining ISO 13485 certification. Jeff has served and currently serves on numerous boards including the International Association of Medical Equipment Remarketers and Servicers (IAMERS), The Institute of Journalism and Natural Resources, BTR Energy, and The Henry Ford Hospital and Health System Board of Trustees.

Rosario Oliphant

Rosario has over 24 years’ experience in the Diagnostic Medical Equipment industry. Her career started with GE Medical Systems in New York City, on the GE GoldSeal trade desk managing the disposition of all used diagnostic imaging equipment. She received her Six Sigma Certification.

Her passion for the industry led her to a position with Oxford Instruments Healthcare as a Sales Manager, where she exceeded and became the highest producing salesperson in the company. She was promoted to Senior Sales and Mobile Leasing Manager where she was responsible for the rentals and logistics of more than 40 mobile MRI, CT, and PET/CT units.
